Return Policy

We offer a 100-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly investigate and resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for refund processing
  • Additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Underwear or intimate garments once opened or worn
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Fraud & Abuse Protection

To maintain fair usage of our return policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that show signs of wear or misuse
  • Decline returns from accounts with excessive return history
  • Deny refunds if the returned item does not match the original shipment
